Sponsored On-Site Events

On-Site Events can be customized for groups from 10-200 volunteers. A tax-deductible donation covers half the cost of the products needed for your event.

We Provide:

  • Fully coordinated events with an Access Period representative to set up the supplies, provide an introduction, train your group, and make sure the event goes off without a hitch.

  • All of the supplies needed to create 3-month period kits (pads, tampons, liners, personal wipes, disposal bags, guides, packing materials).

  • Transportation of the supplies and finished packs to and from the event.

You Provide:

  • An indoor space with 2-10 6 ft tables or equivalent, depending on size of group.

  • Parking for a cargo van and a fully-accessible route to the packing location.

  • Volunteers to help unload the supplies one hour before the event, if needed.

  • Ability to remove trash and recycling.
